Take it to a jeweler and let them do it. I dont touch any of my stuff that has stones in it.

The easiest way is to mix some warm water and a small amount of dish soap in a container and let it soak for a few minutes, then rinse it with warm water and dry it with a towel.

my mom asked the same thing. but this is what she did and u need to do she went to a jewerly store and asked for jewerly cleaner. it's cheap. or you can deep them in alcohol woth a little bit of water.

line a dish with aluminum foil. heat water, don't boil it though, pour in dish, add 1 tblspn water softener, one tblspn salt, put jewelry to cover. most dirt will dissolve, what doesnt you can use an old toothbrush to remove..works on gold, silver, gemstones. works very well..
