if you douch does that lower your chances of getting pregnant i need help on getting pregnant what should i do

Well, first of all, douching in general is a really bad idea. It actually forces the bacteria in that area up into your cervix, which can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease. If you do so frequently, you can upset the balance of pH, and this can lead to issues with egg retention. Douching itself, however, is not contraceptive.

If you are trying to get pregnant, douching is probably a bad idea just because of how much it disrupts that entire area of the reproductive system. I would personally suggest you stop altogether; if you have issues like odor or other fun embarassing things we shan't talk about here, then try the new lines of cleansing wipes, as these are less likely to cause serious issues, and don't do anything that could cause severe illnesses.

It is bad to douche if you are trying to get pregnant...because as you know douching is the washing of the vagina (after sex) also known as the birth canal and the number 2 reason women douch is to not have a baby!! Just so you know number 1 was to not get diseases

douching is not a good thing, it pushes bacteria well up and could cause infections. As for getting pregnant, if you have a normal 28 day cycle, then you would normally ovulate 14 days before your next period or 2 weeks after your period. Hope that helps!
