OMG.. YES! Me and my husband are from Boise and went to school there, but we currently live in Oklahoma. It made for a VERY exciting night! What's really great is that even the life long Sooner fans around here are talking about what a great game it was. Hands down, the best game ever, and I would think that even without the Idaho and Oklahoma ties.

I must agree, both sides played brilliant games. However, Boise State entered with something to prove and they did just that - I feel they deserved to play OSU for the national championship. Their regular season consisted of beating four teams who have already won bowl games and beating two who lost (including OU).

The overtime plays were without a doubt the most impressive in all college football of recent time, along with the first minute and a half of Boise State's possession (touchdown, recovered fumble, touchdown).

Boise State had excellent offense. First the Hook and Ladder to get a TD and then the Statue of Liberty Play for the 2-point conversion. Flawless playcalling by the BSU coaching.

It was definitely in the top 5. Great game, I'm glad Boise State pulled it out.

The Hook and Ladder with the fake screen hand off were the best calls I have ever seen . Either that game or the Alabama game a few years back that went in to 7 overtimes. I agree

Didn't watch it...sounded like it was exciting...but I'm thinking regardless, a certain game played on November 18 was much more exciting in my book.
