why do we have them? for bruises? for holding while we sit on a couch? for awards and praise from soccer? to show off at church when we are little? to kick? what are they good for? someone must know. if you do go into great detail. there must be an answer.............

Your shin is the edge of your tibia bone in the leg.

It's good for connecting your foot bone to your thigh bone. lol
