ok, i met my friend i was looking for...but what now?

my friend shawn, i found him. i havent talk to him in 2 years
when we met we just talked twice but after that he left.
but what should i talk about?
i dotn wanna loose a friend ive bien looking for for ages
what should i talk about or what should i say?
keep in mind that i can only contact him threw via email.

Sheesh. If you can't work this out yourself, I doubt you'll succeed in keeping him as a friend, no matter what advice you get here.
