I am answering this literally as it is how I first read it. I am agnostic but went to a Christmas Eve service at Liverpool Cathedral. It was a joint service by the Bishop David Sheppard
and Bishop Warlock. I went to the altar rail to receive a blessing and when it came I felt amazing like I was a lightning conductor for a huge bolt of electricity. I cant say it did anything to my life other than being amazed and awed at the experience.
I live now in Northern Ireland and am blessed often by strangers whilst I am out walking and I feel irritated because it is unsolicited and seems more about them than me, I think I would know if I felt included - there would have to be some warmth from the other about the mouth/eyes and some recognition of what and why rather than being automatic.

Thank you for reminding me to count my blessings!
I am blessed in many ways, particularly by the people in my life who have loved me, starting with my mum and dad and the most important, my 3 sons.
I am thankful for being blessed with the ability to see beauty in the world and the people around me. It seems self evident but many people dont have time or dont allow it in.

Blessed by God countless times, daily- blessed by His Earthly angels even more. The most beautiful part is it's never what, when or how you expect it. That's how you know it's from God. God bless YOU.

An sweet southern lady told me once that my birthmark on my cheek is proof that an angel kissed me on the cheek before I was born. I must be blessed. My family is wonderful, I was born into a country of freedoms, I found the love of my life and so far I'm healthy.

This will sound cheesy, but I think I was blessed the moment I was born--blessed with life! ^_^
Of course, from my mother, father, God and the doctor or nurse that helped with the delivery.
