I like 360 for the online gaming and many of my friends often play online. Should I get my own 360 and join them online or just go over to someone's house when I want to play? I would play a lot of the sports games and Halo. I could afford it but I don't want to buy all the stuff if I am not going to play that much. I'm 25 and have a job. Any thoughts?

As you said, if your going to play only sometimes, (by that I mean not every day) then you might as well go to your friends hause, but if you ask me the Xbox 360 is a great console and eeven though the PS3 came out it still stands out and a lot of people buy it because it's a great system. If I were you I'd take in consideration the time that I would spent playing that way you can decide for yourself.

at first when i read this i thought u were a kid who couldnt afford it. but ur an adult and if u have a good paying job then why not buy somethin u wanna play? although i think u should limit the amount of money you spend for a few months, to even out the cost of the 360 to stuff you would normally buy--like groceries and stuff like that...but yeah, go ahead a buy it if you want it that bad.

Well if you already like the games go for it,but if you work most of the time i suggest you a PSP is what i use,i don't really have time for consoles except Sundays and the PSP games are really good.
Anyway the x360 has a great line-up of games like Viva Piñata,is one of my favorites.
So yeah the x360 is a great choice specially for the upcoming games.

Buy it, since they extended their warranty to a year instead of 90 days. My nephew bought it when it first came out, but the unit had overheating problems. He had 3 different units (which Microsoft replaced) because of this problem.
The graphics are great, it's the only thing I like about this system.
