Are you worrying if you are pregnant, or are you worrying if you will be hurting later? The reason the doc told you to wait is because sex can get pretty vigorous, especially towards the end, and you don't want extra bruising around the surgery site. It could also decrease your healing time & make you more sore. I hope you used a condom or some other protection. It wouldn't be good for your body to become pregnant again so quickly.
If you are not experiencing any bad symptoms, don't worry. If you start to bleed (from anywhere) that you weren't bleeding previously, then go to the ER.
Next time perhaps you should listen to your doctor. I'm not trying to be rude, but they get paid the big bucks for all that knowledge, you know. Take care!
PS I'm sorry to hear about your eptopic pregnancy, btw. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

There's nothing magic about the 6 weeks number, if you're able to do light to moderate activity without pain then it's probably OK (depending on how much before 6 weeks we're talking about here, the next day is probably not a good idea). That having been said, you should see your ob/gyn to follow up and talk to him (or her) about it to make sure there wasn't anything in particular about your case that is important for this, I can only give you general ideas.

Yeah, you should worry why you are even thinking of sex prior to your 6 weeks of healing. Your body has been traumatized. Let yourself heal. Sex can WAIT.

Why certainly you should worry! This can cause infection and it is much easier to get pregnant right after a pregnancy.

If you are no longer bleeding and took your antibiotics like you were suppose to, you should be ok.
I couldn't hold out either, so I know how you feel.
