Nazr is good but Ben Wallace's unrelenting defense is a key element to the game of basketball the Pistons are lacking right now.

Let me rephrase the question: Who is interested in helping me to do this, if your not interested do not bother wasting your time and mine Thank you and if your not a Pistons fan i hope your team loses AND comes in last place (refering to the nasty first comment I first got).

That won't do any good. Ben is with the Bulls and the only way he goes back to the Pistons is via a trade (highly unlikely he'd be traded to a team in the same division) or free agency in 2010. Even if you could stage a successful fundraiser, the Pistons would still be limited by the salary cap, which is currently at $53.135 million. The Pistons are over that cap this season. Having a fundraiser would be pointless.

Also, the Pistons had the money to match the offer Ben got from Chicago and chose not to. Plus, Ben wasn't happy playing for Flip Saunders. As long as Saunders is in charge, why would he want to go back?

Like it or not, Big Ben is done with Detroit. Save the fundrasing for a better cause.

good luck....you must think you can raise 80 million for a guy already making 80 million. Detroit had it's run...enjoy the memories and move on.
