I just started to do it again and I do it between 12p.m.-3p.m. I just wanted to know if there is a certain time that would be better to do it.

I prefer to meditate first thing in the morning when I wake up as I find this to energise me and prepare me mentally as well as spiritually for the rest of the day.

I also like meditating just before going to sleep as it helps me to clean out all the unwanted thoughts and emotions which I have collected through out the day. By doing this I feel more relaxed and ready to sleep. I also find that I sleep better than normal.

There are no set rules to follow in relation to when you should meditate as it is your time so do it when it suits you. You will find that a lot of people will tell you lots of different things including how to meditate and for how long but do what is right for you. Only you will know this information. Listen to your higher self and your intuition as they will guide you in the right direction.

Honestly, it's really what works best for you.. some people are night owls, and meditation helps them better then. Some like to do it early in the morning. Some people do it throughout the day.

If between 12pm and 3pm works for you, great! If you want to see if another time works better for you, try it for a week and see how it fits.

I have experimented with meditation. I tried meditating while sleep deprived a couple of times. It feels like nirvana and you can sometimes do some very interesting things. Do not try this a lot, because the side-effects of sleep deprivation are extreme.

It depends on what kind of person you are. Do you connect more with the sun or the moon? Whichever one you choose is the time of day you should meditate. You will gather more energy and strength from the elements that you connect with. I myself always mediate with the moon. But not all people have a bond with the moon.

It's good to clear your mind in the morning to get ready for the day...and at night so your mind isn't rushing before you go to sleep (some people have trouble going to sleep because their mind is constantly working overtime).

I prefer to meditate in the morning and night because I find them both beneficial to living a peaceful life...or at least staying sane--a peaceful/unstressed life is too much to ask for. ;)

I think you should do it whenever you feel the most at peace. Personally...I choose to do this at night but during the Spring/Summer, I like to do it during the day.

your mind is its clearest in the morning so best to meditate iin the morning to prepare yourself for the day ahead ,,,,,, may make the days seem easier with a clear n pure mind

I find it is always best to meditate during working hours....day or night.

Anytime of the day should be fine. Just make sure it's quiet.
