I typically do not use lotions or accelerators in a tanning bed or hex as you have the tendency to burn. Take things slow at first. Depending if you're fair skinned or burn or tan easily. Use your judgment. I usually start out at 8 minutes each session for the first week (I have medium toned skin). I go every other day then I increase to 10 minutes and so on until I reach the allotted 20 minutes. Then I cut back to once or twice per week. At this point I might use an accelerator. You might want to use a moisturizer after you tan.

First let me wish you the best of all times on your vacation and then there is no hormone in your body activated by the tanning process to make you happy since tanning only affects the skin. The feel good hormome-Serotonin etc.come from the brain. Tanning beds are bnot recommended for are not safe as far as getting skin cancer for per my Dermatologist worst are from tanning beds. The Tanning sprays-Estee Lauder,Lancome and even Neutragena all give a fantasticeven tan and you control the deepness of it by the no of times that you spray on let dry and then do again and theres no risk involved. Check out the tan centers - you step into a booth either dressed in bikini or nude(very private)and the tan is sprayed on you for a Even and Great Looking tan-which I'd recommend for assures a perfect tan which is what you want . Enjoy

whoa....... a million. you will in all probability get a metamorphosis after one pass to, merely ensure you do not pass in too long and get burnt! 2. i might say around 5-7 visits counting on the ability of the bulbs on the tanner you are going to. 3. Tanning beds provide you an identical tan. 4. i might continuously tan in the solar if I had time! you may continuously do the two. 5. Tans from a mattress final a whilst as quickly as you have been in many cases going i might say a pair of week earlier you're going back to widespread. 6. not something truly occurs when you tan in the two place different than that it is going to relatively will positioned on off or in case you get burnt it is going to peel off. Thats why you may pass extremely in many cases and for perfect quantities of time.

First i have to say that tanning beds are not good for your skin
however
i have done it plenty of times
any lotion that the tan spa has will work well
plus use an accelerator too
use lots of lotion after wards too to soften your skin
it is very relaxing as well
stay away from the sprays..they work OK for a little while
but they can get blotchy looking or orange looking...
and when you are tan you look healthier therefore you feel better too
hope this helped a little bit.

tanning in a tanning bed will really increase your chances of skin cancer alot. Tanning for 30 minutes in a bed is like being out in the sun for 8 hours.

any lotion will do, remember the night b4 getting sun bed tan, scrub ur skin and well moist it over night, dont put on any tan lotion when u a first timer, otherwise u might get burnt. gradully apply sun lotion each time u visit. the tan will last longer. sprytan on causacian tends to go carrot colour, and is only last a week . pricy but good when u only go out at night.

the spray tans leave you all orange looking so dont do that but you can go to any tanning salon and before you go tanning just buy a MINI bottle of lotion or oil almost every kind works!

I would use a lotion that has tyrosine,it helps to maximize your tan. And ask the people who work their which lotion is the best. I wouldn't use a spray tan because it peels about 2 days.

Those tanning beds cause skin damage and increase the risk of cancer, according to various studies. Why don't you try a gradual tanner from the Loreal or Jergens range?
