Which one is the best one? Which makes a better career? I need tips and advice about how college is with each one.

I really believe that the answer depends from person to person. While dentists may have better hours and therefore a more "normal" lifestyle, some people really want to become a cardiac surgeon or OB/GYN or pediatrician. I recommend that you shadow some doctors and dentists and see what their work is like - how much patient contact they have, how frenetic their schedule is, what type of procedures they do. Shadowing is a wonderful way to see if you're getting yourself into something you'd enjoy or not.

I'm not in either profession, but I think it depends on which one appeals to you more. Objectively, dentistry would seem to provide a better quality of life (less hours, etc.). If you go into orthodonics, you should make plenty of money.
