(If you don't trust my links, then go to forever21.com, and it's the Round Neck Jersey Dress; I tried to link from there site but it wouldn't)
That's the dress, any shoes that would go with it. I just can't picture anything because it doesn't look dressy and it doesn't look like it would go with flats unless I just haven't see the right ones plus i'm 5'1" and I don't have the skinniest looking legs. I also haven't bought this dress yet but I don't like buying things when I don't have shoes that will go, or don't even have an idea of what shoes to get for the outfit.

Some help? :) Oh and if you might have any links of what you suggest because i'm shoe-retarded. Just give me a little push, I've never really had a dress that's casual-ish.

dressy but not formal, heel to elongate your legs, dark to make your legs look thinner, the style of the dress would be complimented with wingtip styling, wear coffee or taupe color hose

here got a link to the perfect shoes for that dress

ballet flats for a casual look.
for a fun sporty look some colorful canvas tennis shoe.
with a pair of leggings some high heeled pumps.
for a dressy look a nice strappy heel.

by the way i think the dress is really cute (young & fresh) and i think you could pull off any of the above looks.

Well if you want to keep the dress cute and casual I'd stick with some cute little black flats. Wear the dress with black leggings and flats.

They have some cute and inexpensive black flats at www.payless.com

or to dress it up a bit wear the dress with black leggings and black pumps.

I think the dress would look great with round-toe shoes. I think it would be cute with either round-toe pumps or a great pair of ballet flats.

How about some Red Patten Leather shoes? Seems like Red is in these days and can be matched with anything. Stick with Round toes..

I would go with simple black pumps..not a real high heels
but some heel/
it will make you look taller and you legs look longer
wait..i looked again..is the dress black or navy blue?
if navy blue..a tan heel would look good
hope this helps

you know what? try like a nice little pair of 2 or 3 inch heels that are gray or like a slate color. this way you give a little curve to your legs!
