Hi I bought a Graphics card for this computer and I dont want any other user on this computer to use it. Is there anyway I can disable it for certain users But have it work for other users? I got Windows XP S2P or SP2 or something. Thanks bye!

you would have to set up a separate hardware profile for your user account but you have to have admin rights to do this...

Not really. If you did that, you would have to have a second video card and remember to unplug the video jack from the monitor and put it on the other jack. Otherwise, what would they be seeing when they ran the computer?
What you can do is make a second user or use the guest account and change the video settings...
That's about all you can do.

what I will suggest is that you have to set only your account as an administrator(put a password on it) and leave the other accounts as limited.
then go to device manager (start> right click on my computer, properties, hardware tab, device manager, locate the graphic card and disable it , do the oposite when you want to use it)

No, you can not restrict a piece of hardware like a video card.
