See on my yahoo 360 page my background is black.Where it says my name I want to change that to black also.But for now it is blue.I want to change it but Idont know how.How do I do it?

Make a custom theme, from the change themes section..
Once you have the custom theme window, just scroll down on that, and you'll have all kinds of color options (You'll be able to have any picture as your background too)!!
The make custom theme will be at the top left of the change theme section.

I don't think you can. Try asking in Yahoo Products under 360.
