I would call your dentist and tell them what is going on. They will let you know what you can do and what you have to ask your doctor about. My friend had 4 root canals done when she was pregnant, she just had to ask her doctor before hand. I know most things you are able to get done as long as your not in your first trimester.
So I would call your dentist first see what they say and if you need work then ask your gyno to make sure its okay.

Take some regular strength tylenol (it won't effect your sugar reading and is safe when you're pregnant) and then tell your doctor about it before your test in the morning.

It's safe to go to the dentist while you are pregnant. Just make sure you tell them you are pregnant!

tylenol should be fine. However if you are worried about your test, try putting a cold compress on your jaw ... 10 min on, 10 mins off. That should ease the pain.

Call you OB-GYM and ask. Don't depend on others who have no medical training to make decision that could affect the health and development of your baby-to-be.
