Heart attacks have run on my dads side of the family a lot, and I am at high risk for one. I eat pretty healthy, but I don't really know what to eat to help my heart.

Thank you

Eating foods that are low in fat and cholesterol will help a lot. Also, exercise can help out a lot. My dad died of heart problems and I was concerned about my health. My doctor told me that my heart is strong and all of the tests look really good. Have your doctor test you if you are really concerned. Let the doctor decide what course of treatment, if needed, to keep your heart healthy.
