no,,i mechanic for a living,,and own a shop,all water would do is make it run real bad,,but heat will cause one to blow a head gasket,,not water,,water will make it run ,really sick like,,but it shouldn't have any affect on a head gasket at all ,if you have a blown head gasket,,you have something else that may have caused it,,like it running hot,,or something,,good luck hope this help,s.

No this would cause the car to not run and or run very rough. Head gaskets blow due to abnormal heat, age, and or defectiveness.

Why do you suspect a head gasket ?? I wish people would post the symptoms of their problems, along with vehicle description, so we could help instead of answering questions that have no meaning.

no that condition will cause drivablity issues misfiring vechile may stall or may not run at all i suggest removing all the water from your fuel and flushing the fuel system with some type of fuel additive you can obtain from your local auto part supplier

Not very likely. The engine will not run on water and would just quit. If you add Alcohol ( gas line anti freeze ) it combines with the water burning like gasoline does.
