In Microsoft Word 2003, you can go to the menu bar, click TOOLS and then LANGUAGE. Here you can set the language you would like to use. Good luck

It really depends on what type of computer you have. But these websites have the guidelines to typing them:

Make sure you have Num Lock on when typing them (it's the button on your keyboard that's on the numbers keypad on the right). Hope this helps!

well, you can do it the hard way, which is go to Insert -> Symbols, and then look for it, but i no sum.
Upside down ! is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+!
Upside down ? is Ctrl+Alt+Shift+?
Accent mark (over a,e,i,o,u) is Ctrl+ ' then press a, e, i, o, or u
For the enye (~ over n) you press Ctrl+Shift+ ~ then press n
