im thinkig about being a comedian please give me tips

Most comedy clubs have an open mic night for local amateurs. Get a routine together and call your local club to find out when they have one. If you do well enough, word will probably spread and the club may hire you as an ongoing opening act or MC. Good luck ! Being a comedian has always been a little fantasy of mine as well.

well first...you have to be funny.....if you are..then thats a start!..next i would ask local bars or something to put on a little show..then possibly have someone tape it for you..then maybe send it to someone higher up? but hey ireally have no idea..but thats what id do
