He will, as he always done, go when it seems to get him votes, the guy is an idiot and will do whatever he thinks will make him popular...serious issues on that one...
I have been to South Korea, the people are lovely, they have like zero crime, very non violent and appreciate what american soldiars did for them....
I would hate to see North korea rise again, they are evil...

Just waiting around for a resignation or two, an impeachment, or the worst cast scenario--Jan. of 2009. Secretary of State is an appointed position.

Well, somebody will have to pay attention to and watch North korea since Bush decided to waste our time and our troops lives in Iraq for no good reason.
