I noticed while reading Issue 31 of the comic book 52 that there was a picture of a pregnant Catwoman. Also who got her pregnant? Does anybody know about this?

I won't state the obvious way she became pregnant (lol)
Birds of Prey says that the "Huntress" was the daughter ofCatwoman and Batman.
After #52, they gave the daughter the name Helena, which is what Batman and Catwoman's daughter is named in Bird's of Prey, BUT after Selina rescue's Helena from her kidnappers it is revealed that Slam Bradley has deduced that Helena is Sam Bradly's daughter, therefore being his granddaughter.
