What numbers do I dial before making an international call to a cell phone in Los Cabos, Mexico?

I live in New York City so I was just wondering if I could just call the number or do I have to dial a (ex:001) code before hand other than the area code and number. Thanks

the local area code is 624, I don't know how you call from NY to Mexico but I believe that to Call from US to Mexico is 01152
now for cellphones you have to add 1 after the Int. Code so It would be 01152 1 624 (the number)
