Ever notice how the shows and videos cut down white males. And degrades females? What about the show next, they always set white girls up with different races of males but when there is a black girl 99.9% of the time her choices are all black males.
Even when they have a picture of a rock star, he is usually by himself but when they have a picture of a rapper they always have women hanging all over them.
What is MTV trying to achieve out of all of this?

I think it's because most races will like a white girl, but the same cannot be said of a Black woman. It's sad, but I think it's the truth.

MTV isn't racist? if you make a video (rock) and wat the focas more on your talent that is what is shown. If you make a video full of video models(hip hop and Rap) you might get more request from the youth so it turn more spins. Not race imagery, I have seen NEXT and Parental Control with Gay couples set ups as well so it's really in the area the show is filmed and whom actually applies. MTV is critazied all the time and i can't help but notice you left out their Reality shows Like REAL WORLD. and how many copy-cat shows other networks have made.
their are specialist to make very certain they are politically correct. their is not affirmative action or racism in MTV's practices occasionally in a documentary on MTv thier might be like the one On the KKK and On the african american Jewish guys. Forgive my i can't recall what they call themselves.

If you are going to point that out you might as well put it out there that Laguna Beach rarely had black or hispanic people on the show it was mostly a bunch of white kids (no offense) talking about their drama. If you are going to try to ask something like this you should put all of it out there and not just some of it. What about the real worls? there are usually more white people than any other race but no one says anything about that now do they?!?! Life is never going to be fair so just suck it up!!

MTV is garbage. Pull the plug on it. If you have a a good head on your shoulders-try Discovery Channel or History Channel.

Mtv used to be great when it first started out, I don't know if you remember but it rocked!! And what you say is true and I do not know why really I think it has alot to do with who owns stock in it.

I have noticed too but i dont what this is all about..............at the end of the day i think we (Blacks) live in a white house (whites) and it is up to us to prove them wrong; they just reinforce what we already stated........think about our videos and all the uncut stuff that we do........
