I've been dating this guy for a few weeks. He plays basketball overseas. I was bored one night and typed his name into my search engine. I was reading an article about him and when I got to the last line it said he was married and had 3 children. It even gave their names. He told me he had 1 child a son. When I confronted him with the infomation he completely denied it. I didn't tell him how I got the info, I said someone told me...there for he doesn't know that I actually saw names. Is there anyway I can possibly pull up a marriage record or something to prove if he is lying or not? I live in the state of California.

Why waste any more time on this venture, perhaps paying money for background checks and who knows what all else? You already know that he lied to you if the article stated that he was married w/children (despite his denials). Why would you want to date anyone that you can't even trust?

Both online and offline relationships have at least one thing in common. Without trust they will not work whatsoever.

Tell him nice knowin' ya... and hasta la vista, baby. And then for the love of God move on and get to know a guy that'll at least speak the truth to you! Good luck!

I'm guessing he's married. Don't even bother with the search... dump him and find someone more deserving of your love.

You could Google him some more and also Google her. If it shows up in one more place, you've got him.
