I´ve met a few.
One of them helped me and my son to get out of a terrible danger. My son was just a 12 years old kid and we were in a very big and foreign city. It was night, we were lost, and a man, very dangerous looking, came to assault us. We prayed and ask for God´s help and all of a sudden a young man appeared and begin talking to us. Our fear melted away. He pointed a bus and told us to get in. The bandit got in too, looking fiercely at us, not understanding anything. The young man entered after him and stood close to us, talking very nicely about the city we were visiting. Suddenly he took our arms and told us to get off. The bandit didn´t had the time to get off too. He just looked very angry through the window. In five minutes we were at the entrance of our hotel. I remember clearly when the young man said good bye and turned to go away. He just disappeared! We were amazed and felt sure that he was an angel which God sent to protect us. All the time he was with us we felt serene and calm. We thanked our Lord for His marvellous care. Psalm 34:7-8.

Am not sure about an angel but i have seen a ghost an boy did i nearly p*ss my bed with fright..
