Have close friends call to remind you. Post sticky-notes in your most commen places you visit (fridge, pantry, bathroom, etc.) or even take out the things that make you want to procrastinate and eliminate them until you finished what you needed to get done. That has always helped me and my friends. We remind eachother!!

Try making out a list everyday of things to do and stick to the list check off each time you fullfill your missions on the list. I think this will help you adjust to getting things done instead of procrastinating. Good Luck!

You just have to FORCE yourself...you HAVE to tell yourself you need to get up...or GET it done...
Also, reward yourself afterwards with fun things like.....Shopping or something! Just motivate yourself...only YOU can do it!
