Yep, the band is spelled Cartel. Their two most popular songs are Honestly and Say Anything (Else). You've probably heard Honestly.

Do you mean Cartel? I haven't heard that they have a song called, "I'll See You Again", but I like their song, "Honestly"! =)

its cartel, and i love that song! its actually called honestly, but its not really that new. the album its on (chroma) was originally released in september of 2005, but then re-released in june of 2006.
