JUDGEMENT or CRITICISM?

which is worse, being criticised or being judge? and how do you handle with both?

Constructive criticism can be a good thing if the person asked for it. Otherwise it is just someone being judgemental. If someone is critical or judegmental of me, I try to blow it off, although sometimes it does offend me.

I think being Judged because it's more personal, while criticised is more of a personal opinion from others. do i make sense!!??

Without the authority to pass judgement its all just criticism if you ask me.
