I am 17, it is okay to sleep with my 18 year old boyfriend? My parents, and his dad all say that it isnt legal.

I think, if this is what you want to do then do it. Don't talk about it to your local 6 O'Clock News, just keep it between you.
It is very likely they will never know, or by the time they find out it is too late to do anything about it. Further more, if they choose to have him arrested, they need to prove it happened. The only way they can do that is through you. If you refuse to give a statement to the police, and refuse to testify against him, which will make your parents mad (they'll get over it) then your parents have no way to prove this happened, or that he was the one.
Remember, they have to prove two things 1.) It actually happened. 2.) He was actually the one

Well, Your parents would be the ones who would press charges in a statuary rape case so if they think it is OK then OK although it is still illegal if your parents are not going to press charges then you and your boyfriend should not have any problems. But proceed with caution. You never know when parents might change their minds.

Actually as of the age of 16 you are considered to be of "the legal age of consent".

By Ky Law, under 18 is considered a minor, and the Commonwealth will prosecute if they catch you.
