Well first off would be http:/www.gendou.com, it's a free sight to sign up and has music there
you can also try tokyo tosho bittorrent site, which has the soundtrack on torrent available here: http://tokyotosho.com/search.php
http://www.isohunt.com you could also do a torrent serch for the soundtrack
and if you have Limewire a downloading program which is free, you can download music from the anime off of there too.

www.Gendou.com You have to sign up, but it's really good and it has almost all the songs I need....It opens the files on Dell Musicmatch Jukebox, for me. I don't know if it can use any other program...
