No, using girls is never a good idea. The best way to get over someone you really love is to give it time, and keep yourself busy hanging out with your friends and family, and with work and school... that sort of thing. When you think you are over your ex, then you should start dating again.

sex is never a good way to get over someone! it is all about time and keeping yourself busy doing othere things. sex almost always complicates thing granted you are hurting and you are looking for a way to run from your feelings and sex is without a doubt very distracting but you will heal faster you face your problem rather than hide b/w the sheets with someone else!

the best way to get over someone you really love is to not so much have sex but more to flirt alot... it helps the heart move on and could possibly get youn over that person

No. That's a stupid excuse to have sex. Having sex won't help you get over someone. Sex isn't souppose to be used that way.
