Worst: Vh1's celebreality shows ( i think thats what its called), and Chaotic (That Britney and Kevin show)

In general, Heroes is the best because it's easily followed by all, and appeals to the widest range of viewers, and is very entertaining.
American Idol is the worst, and sadly, for the exact same reasons.
