It is raspberry leaf tea, and it is great to tone your uterus so that the contractions are stronger and labor is faster. Make sure that you take according to the instructions on the package.

According to a book I have on herbal remedies, raspberry leaves do strengthen and tone the uterus and pelvic muscles. They also have relaxing properties. They are known to encourage a safe, easy and speedy childbirth and help stimulate milk production afterward. They can also speed recovery time. The book says to take a cup full of the tea three times a day after your sixth month of pregnancy. You can buy raspberry leaf tea at a health food store. There is also a recipie to make your own in the book

You have to make sure that it is red raspberry leaf tea for it to do any good. I drank it with my last pregnancy and I had a very easy delivery and only had to push once.

I have never heard of it doing that.

I LOVE tea but I am not particularly fond of rasberry tea. I had it at a retreat once and it was not very good. I've never had it since.

I drank it for months when I was pregnant with my third child, it was one of my cravings, I had a very fast labor and delivery, but it was also my third child. It is also used to "induce labor" who know if it works, I was 6 days late

might be interesting. I mean, product testimonials on a product's page should, obviously, be taken with a grain of salt, but it's still interesting to see how into it some people are.
