Wind. Invisible. Yet can be felt. Warm or cold. Soft or strong. Fierce or gentle. Caresser or destroyer. All is dependent on your intensity. You can be welcoming or you can be brutal. Your presence can be magical or disastrous. Wafting winds bring feelings of beauty. Gentle winds bring feelings of contentment. Whipping winds can cause anxiety and dismay. Whirling winds can rip trees from the ground. Wind. Invisible wind. We can't see you, but we sure can feel you! Force of nature to be reckoned with! Invisible predator or anonymous lover, you are all those things, magnificent wind! You grant us feelings of power with your force behind us. But turning upon us, we are humbled by your power and force! The changing wind, forever unpredictable and mesmerizing! Be you howling, whooshing, whistling, or weezing! You eternally entertain the universe with the diversity of your atmospheric ambiance!

The wind, to me is beautiful, where I live, we get
the Santa Anna winds, and I just curl up with a book
or mag; the wind is now being used for power, its
alwasy been useful, for flying kites, and spooky nights!
It clears the air so to speak, hurricane winds can turn
over a 2ton battle ship, or a gentle breeze in the afternoon
can be pleasant for child taking a nap outdoors, it has
a personality all of its own.

In my world when the wind blows the sea state rises and the waves can prevent me operating.
However without it we would be baked in the oppressive heat of the tropics.
The wind thankfully is a naturally occurring phenomena and for better or worse we should be thankfull we have it.
We can use it to generate our power, we can use it to cool our machines, we used to use it to seperate the grain from the chaff, it is such a usefull commodity. Long may it blow.
