Whenever I turn on my DS Lite, the green power light is dim, and the screens are blank. Then, in about three seconds, the console starts up. Any ideas as to why this is? I thought it was reading the game, but it does this with every game I own (I have 14 to test it with).

the system is booting up, that's all. it takes like 3 seconds to start up. after it starts up, that's when it turns the screens on, and the sound gets turned on at the same time.

Don't worry, there is nothing wrong w/ your system. The same thing happens 2 mine. It's just starting up is all.
