1 person is our group is a Taiwan (republic of china) citizen. We will be traveling to Dubai in 2 weeks. We will be traveling on Emirates going to Dubai and returning to US via Alitalia Air. Am not sure which visa he should apply for. I have looked at hotel sponsored visa, but we will be staying at 2 different hotels during our stay. Some hotels say you need to stay at their hotel the entire time for them to sponsor, which may cause a problem as we will be staying at 2 different ones during our stay. Please advise! Also, if through a Tour Company visa..any recommendations as to which one? Thanks!

You won't have no problems, if your retun flight would be with Emirates Airlines, too.

Emirates offers a 60 days visa for Nationalities of those countries (Taiwan) which are not listed in the visa of arrival section. But only if you have a round trip ticket. Costs of visa is USD 50,00.

Your tour operator should familiar with this problem.

Your first option is to contact Emirates airlines. Their visa is valid for 2 months stay in Dubai.

The other options are

1. If you are on a business trip then the company in Dubai can arrange visa for you.

2. A relative or a friend in Ddubai can apply for a visit visa.

3. Contact the nearest Dubai embassy.

u need visit visa if staying more then two weeks , or transit visa will do .
it will be better if u apply thru emirates airline, or u have to convince the hotel management that u will leave the passport with him even if u change the hotel and collect it when finally departing .
all they need to be convinced is that u will leave the country on time. without overstaying illegally.

Try to Fly or contact Emirates Airlines. I am sure they do have VISA services. Or just apply for a VISA from the UAE embassy in Washington.
