I have to agree. I also am not a big fan of Cena but Umaga is bringing something out in Cena and they are putting on a pretty good show together. I think if they will give this angle some time it may stir some excitement back up for the WWE.

I don't know that it is a good rivalry, but it is a simple storyline that is easy to sell. It's the classic tale of a unstopable monster and the hero who will not quit. I think that Umaga might still be a little bit away from being a main eventer, and Cena is a great promo guy who won't be able to carry Umaga in the ring. It has the makings of some ugly title matches.

I feel it's mostly just a way to hold off until Cena gets a new feud. I personnally feel that Umaga wasn't ready for this main event status. I think that they should've kept him undefeated for a longer time with some big feuds with Jeff hardy, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, or some other wrestlers who are good and obvioussly great performers. This way, he could have more of a reputation when it comes time for his big title shot. I feel that Umaga has the potential to be in Cena's league of popularity, but right now, he's more of a IC competitor.

No
the best part of a rivalry is the story and history behind it
their can't be a lot of good promos back and forth between the two because umaga has a mouth piece and doesn't do his own thing
a main eventer without personality doesn't work
just look at kane's title reign

If you noticed, there's a connection between what happened last night and the fact that NY Revolution '06 was in Miami. They never screw a fan twice in a row, so since the Cena fans in Miami got screwed over last time, this time Cena got the last word. It's shown through alot. For instance, the next time WWE is in the Air Canada Center in Toronto, OT, CA, Edge is rumored to be going face. They ALWAYS know what they're doing.

i do i mean look at the way they go at eachother. honestly scripted or not i seriously think cena should and could win
should cause: i like him and umaga is not champion materil
could: cause it may be hard 4 him about pinning him :-). but cena has showed that he can take on umaga.

Yeah, probably. So long as no one interferes with the matches (which of course they will). I really like Cena, but Umaga is just intense.

i dont like it at all. 3-4 weeks ago when they had that big"brawl" after cena's match was the peek of it (in my opinion anyway) New years revolution should be interesting but I dont think this feud has too much juice in it. After this ppv...maybe 1-2 more matches together i think they will both move on. Umaga...to IDK. Cena to either HHH or Orton who he'll face @ wrestlemania.(which I dont really lyke either match wise but its alright.)
