I think it's a kind of secular expression that describes what you want it too (to?), like success in your own religion, culture, creed or individuality. You have that 'right' to pursue your idea for 'happiness' as long as it does not negate any rights for others at anytime. This makes enforced membership to any group illegal. As said above, while it is promised it is not guaranteed service value; its protection is only possible, not absolute certainty. Life, Liberty and Happiness are conceptualized as reciprocally determinant, thereby breaking one breaks all. "Happy" is conceptualized as the product of the Will as satisfied position, whereas life and liberty are conceptualized as a product of the Judgment. The Judgment is negative, the Will is positive.

Pursuit of Happiness to me means to find gainful employment. Think about it, without a job you can't pay rent, buy clothes, donate / help others, eat, support your family, go to Disneyland, and basically live. It's too bad some of us have to wait 2 to 3 months just to get a background check clearance for work. I am not against background checks but sometimes the Department of Justice takes forever, in which case I believe violates this right. Oh yeah, after the 3 months they say, O.K. cleared!

Pursuit is to look for what you think of could make you chuffed. usually human beings have faith something is going to lead them to chuffed, and as quickly as they finally very own, or have, or attain somebody or something, and then come across what they worked so stressful to get, would not lead them to chuffed in spite of everything. As they proceed to boost and learn, they boost into conscious that they might desire to look someplace else. frequently that ends via human beings understanding that homestead and family individuals is extra important than being a megastar or having a great number of money. character (honesty, kindness) is many circumstances the respond.

I think the "Pursuit of Happiness" needs to start within. When we know with truth and humbleness who we are, then we can share it with an other of the same.

Going after your dreams; whatever they may be.

For one person, happiness might consist of making money, for another growing flowers, for another just helping people. It can be anything or everything.

Whatever makes YOU happy ~ go after it.
