I don't think there is anything wrong in it, if its for a bit of fun and acceptable to both parties. The problems arise if one doesn't want to either spank or be spanked.

Anything sexual is always mutual; and it has to be with the involvement of both parties. If one party agrees to spank others and the other has no problems being spanked, then its perfectly fine..

No, it is not wrong if both parties are into that kind of thing. There is a whole industry out there for sexual submissiveness.
The key is that both parties involved have to be okay with it, otherwise it'll seem to be more of an unpleasant experience to go through then an enjoyable one.

There's nothing wrong with that as long as we are talking about adults here. Many people do role playing or fun things like that in bed. As long as it is healthy and no one gets hurt have fun.
