My class debated over that and No Bert and ernie aren't gay ans children don't notice that sh*t anyway lame adults do. Like tinky winky and his red bag, So what it's a bag not a badge declairing any alligence to a gendar.

Hell, I didn't even know what half the things on that show are (and still don't).
As of right now... I don't watch the show enough to tell you.
