I am also ttc and there are many things you can do. For one drinking Red Raspberry Leaf tea will help support your female systems. Zinc and vitamin C are good for sperm. I would suggest you type "Natural fertility cures" Into a search engine. I got lots of good info from that. I am currently trying Liquid chlorophyll. I was taking it to help with blood pressure and low iron in my blood. When I got pregnant with my first baby. It works wonders for anemia. But I read it was good for fertility too and that's when I realized that it might of helped me get pregnant with my first. So I am trying that right now. I have just been taking it for a few days now so I don't know if it will work. All of these things I have listed are perfectly safe to take. Just like adding something to your diet. Good luck!

I would recommend learning the methods of natural family planning that track your fertility naturally without ovulation kits and more accurately. The method consists of taking basal temperatures at your waking time every morning, and keeping track of cervical mucus. When you ovulate your temperature rises a few tenths of a degree, keeping track will let you know when you ovulate. Also, in order for the sperm to be able to travel to the egg, you need to have fertile mucus. Testing you mucus when using the bathroom for color, clarity, and stretchiness can also tell you if you are fertile. Typically you will have fertile mucus about 3 days prior to ovulation. This is your sign to begin having intercourse, as it takes many hours for the sperm to travel, and they need to be in the fallopian tubes at the time of ovulation. Then when your temp rises you have confirmed ovulation has occurred. If you become pregnant you temp will stay elevated. If not it will drop as you start your period.

Taking flax seed can help you produce cervical mucus appropriately to achieve conception.

Don't be quick to jump out of bed. Lay on your tummy with your butt in the air, and then on your back. This makes sure the sperm gets inside the cervix. Your fertile days if your periods are usually regular, begin the about 10th day after you start a period and end around the 17th day. One thing that would probably greatly increase your chances are having him wait until your 13th day to have sex. That way his sperm is built up really good, and you are in the middle of your furtility time.

go out and get an ovulation kit.... this will show you when the best time to have sex is. and yes sex helps. Start charting your ovulation for a couple months so you know which days are your optimum.

Read Taking Control of Your Fertility. It tells you how to know when you're going to ovulate, and how to best time sex.
