Every time I try to update it, like put more songs on it or rearrange the order of my songs using iTunes, a thing pops up that says my iPod has an error and can not be read from and nothing can be sent to it. I`ve got about 63 songs on it right now, and it was working perfectly fine a week ago. Then about two days ago I tried to rearrange my music, and the error box popped up. Why would my iPod suddenly stop being able to be read to and from?

I`m probably not going to be able to figure out what is wrong with it on my own, so where should I take it to get looked at? I mean, can they do anything about it? Do I take it to a store, or do I ship it back to the company [we got it online]? I don`t know what to do. I`d like to have more than 63 songs on my iPod when I could have 240.

Thank you.

Oh, also...
My iPod plays music fine. I can plug in my head phones and listen to my music that I already had on there, just adding music is the problem I`m having. It`s not that I don`t know how. Something is wrong with the iPod.

I had a problem w/my video ipod as well...just take the ipod to your local apple store and, if possible, burn some of your music on a c.d and bring it along with your ipod and all its accessories. the friendly employees at the apple store will help you straight away. good luck. ;)
