Don't list that job on your resume. All they have to do is call them and they'll know the dirty details. And if you do get another job, don't be doing the dirty eyeball at work ya fool.

Although your prospective employer would like to know why you were fired to judge how well you will work out at their job. However, it's not really any of their business what you were fired for. I would let your interviewer know only that you were let go due to a personal conflict with your boss, or something along those lines. If they suspect that you are not telling the truth, or really need to know the details, they will probably call your former employer. I'm not sure that your former employer will tell, but it's really none of their business. Just don't tell them that it's none of their business. That will make them not want to hire you.

Just tell them you quit or left because you were looking for a new atmosphere. If you have already put on your application that you were fired, just say they let you go for not following company procedures. Do not mention the porn. If you are pressed to what procedure or details just say you were not aware that shopping on the internebt was a problem since you had observed other workers doing it and no one made a big issue from it.

don't bring up the issue, but when they do, tell them that you were using the company equipment in contravention of company policy, STRESS that you now know what that means and you believe that you have learn ed a valuable lesson and will continue to work hard to make sure the same situation does not re occur. If you can't say this and mean it, don't bother
