i have just added a couple songs to my iPod but where the little iPod is to click that and disconnect. How do i disconnect my iPod?

You quit the site you are on[the one where you bought the song]then after a few minutes it will say it is all right to diconnect.

There should be a couple ways to do it. If you have iTunes open, it should show your iPod in the menu to the left. Next to the title of your iPod there should be a triangle in a circle type button. Clicking that should disconnect it.

Or, if you don't have iTunes open, your iPod should probably have an icon on the desktop or menu bar of your computer. Try clicking on it and dragging it to the trash can. That should disconnect it as well.

Open iTunes and look all the way to the left in the window. There should be a heading called devices.
If your iPod is plugged in, the it should appear under that heading.
Click on the arrow with a line under it that is directly next to the name of your iPod

you click on the eject button next to your ipod or you go to the bottom left or right *1 of those, can't remember* and click on the button that says eject ipod
