Yes, you have every right to be bad.
It sounds like you're in high school? At that age, girls & guys can't see past their wanting to be with a crush to understand consequences.
You should definately let your friend know how you feel and then it's up to you whether or not to continue the friendship. People do deserve a second chance, but she may hurt you again.

it is SO NOT RIGHT for your best friend to EVER date your ex that soon after your break-up. At the very least, she should have come to you and talked to you about how she feels about him, and ASKED YOU what you thought about it. Obviously, she has had her eye on him or she wouldn't have jumped on that package so fast. She was ready to pounce girl. You need to decide how good a friend she is to you and will she do this again? Could you live without her in your life. (betcha could) If you have others friends you hang with, i would stick with them and avoid this chic...friends don't do friends like that

If she was your best friend in the first place (which I'm pretty sure she wasn't) she would've known that ex-boyfriends are off limits. When you're friends with someone there are certain things you don't share and boyfriends are one of them. Good riddance to your friend and your boyfriend.. They probably belong together.

Yeah, I'd be mad. Sounds like he was just looking for an excuse to hook up with her,
