If the crayfish is large enough, maybe. You'll need lots of hiding spots for it even so. And tiger oscars love to nip at things, so it might try and nip the antennae off the crayfish. I'd be careful unless you know your oscar is very non-aggressive. Then there is also the threat of the crayfish attacking the oscar. If the tank is relatively large with many hiding places at the bottom with rocks and crevices, and if your oscar isn't too feisty, I'd say go for it.

Not too likely, I have a 10 inch oscar and my girlfriend thought it would be cute to have a little blue "lobster" in my tank and I told her it wasn't a very good idea. Anyway she went ahead with it and bought the little guy, bout 2" and as soon as the oscar noticed it it went in and bit the crayfishs head clean off and ate it then went about eating the rest of him. I think the crayfish lasted about 5 minutes total in the tank.

yes you can. because the tiger oscar is a fast swimmer and can dodge the nips of a crayfish. if you want get a rock or driftwood with a hole in it for the crayfish, coz crayfish likes hiding and resting in these areas. this will also give the tiger a rest and an advantage not to be hunted. of course if he does nip and hurt seprated the crayfish
