Neem oil can. It is damn near miraculous, but it smells like burned garlic. It worked FANTASTIC for me, my skin is normal and soft like a baby's now. (well perhaps a tad hairier than a baby...)

acupressure I would not think would be a good thing for a skin disease such as psoriasis.
This disease does have a lot to do with stress and anxiety however it is also a skin disease.
My brother has this my sister also has another form of stress anxiety condition and I got epilepsy. All these conditions I believe are related as my sisters and brother are related to me.
You can try it, never hurts to try?
