in sims night life can you have babies and can you have a car and uf you have where did you get it and how mush did it coat.

Yes, you can have babies, just like the rest of the games.
Cars range from $1300+
Remember, you need Sims 2 to play nightlife expansion.

To get a baby, get your Sims' in love at least, and then get both of them into a hot tub, a double bed, or a clothing booth at a Community Lot. Select Cuddle, and then Try for Baby. If the option isn't there you might need to improve the relationship more.
After the WooHoo, you will hear a lullaby if your Sim is pregnant. If you don't hear a lullaby, just try, try again.
Male Sims will get pregnant if they are abducted by aliens, though they will give birth to an alien baby. You can get abducted by aliens by Stargazing with an expensive telescope at night.
I know that you can get a car in Nightlife, but I'm not sure if it's free or where you can get it... Sorry! ^_^

You can have babies in any game and Yes you can get a car, they range in prices.
