Many times you can simply google it, and you can find a site that shows you a lot of information about who owns that block of IPs, the country of origin, etc.
Unfortunately, it probably wont do any good. Just be thankful your software is blocking the attacks, and continue to keep it updated.

I didnt quite get it , do you want to know your IP address?
go to start>run>type cmd, and then at the command prompt
type IPCONFIG and hit enter itll show your ip address as your default gateway(router) address, but for detailed info about ip addresses connecting to your system use the Effetech Sniffer

Dont bother, if it really worries you, report the IP to your ISP. Researching it will do you no good other than self knowledge.

if u have an internet connection .. CLICK on the network connections click on view network connections ... it will indicates the IP address of ur PC and what type of connections u have.
